Iliza Shlesinger's Free Nights & Weekends tour runs Friday, January 15, 2027 at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona through Saturday, November 13, 2027 at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago. That is 29 dates in 29 cities, announced September 29 and on general sale since Friday, October 2, 2026, so every date below is buyable right now.

The tour name is not a joke about her material. It is a description of the calendar. All 29 dates fall on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday — there is not one Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday show on the entire run, and 28 of the 29 are grouped into consecutive-night blocks. Comedians at this level usually hang a few midweek dates off the ends of a weekend to make the bus math work. Shlesinger's team did not hang a single one.

No city gets two nights. Every one of the 29 dates is a different market.

The Routing Is Weekend Blocks, Not a Bus Tour

Lay the dates out and the structure is almost mechanical. Eight of the blocks are straight Friday–Saturday pairs: Chandler into Highland, Minneapolis into Kansas City, Nashville into Atlanta, San Antonio into Houston, Charlotte into Durham, Bensalem into Washington, Salt Lake City into Denver, and New York into Medford.

Four more are Thursday–Friday–Saturday triples, and they are the tightest driving on the run: Columbus–Pittsburgh–Cleveland in March, Grand Rapids–Detroit–Toronto in April, West Palm Beach–Orlando–Tampa in November, and Madison–Milwaukee–Chicago to close.

That accounts for 28 dates. The one show standing completely alone is February 27 at ilani in Ridgefield, Washington — a single Saturday with nothing attached to either side of it.

Six Big Metros, Played From the Suburbs

The other pattern in this routing is where the rooms are. Read the city column quickly and it looks like the tour skips Phoenix, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston and Portland. It does not — it plays all of them from outside the city limits:

  • Phoenix is Chandler, at a Gila River casino resort
  • Los Angeles is Highland, at Yaamava' Theater in the Inland Empire
  • Portland is Ridgefield, Washington, across the Columbia River at ilani
  • Philadelphia is Bensalem, at Parx Casino in Bucks County
  • Boston is Medford, at the Chevalier Theatre just over the city line

Four of those five are casino rooms. The genuinely absent markets are harder to miss: there is no Dallas date, which is notable because Dallas is where Shlesinger is from, and no Seattle, Las Vegas, Los Angeles proper or second New York night. A second leg has not been announced.

The Five-Month Gap

The calendar splits cleanly in two. The first block is 17 dates from January 15 to April 10. Then nothing — no shows in May, June, July or August — and the second block picks up with 12 dates from September 10 to November 13.

A summer that wide usually means filming, and Shlesinger has a track record of taping during a tour rather than after it: her most recent special, A Different Animal, was shot at the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City in November 2024 and premiered on Prime Video on March 11, 2025. She is back at that same theater on September 17, 2027, which is the kind of coincidence worth noting and not worth over-reading. Nothing about a 2027 taping has been announced.

The Chicago Finale Is a Festival Slot

One honest caveat about the last date on the list. November 13 at The Chicago Theatre is part of the 312 Comedy Festival, not a standalone Shlesinger headline booking. It is still a full theater show with her name on it, and it is still the final date of the tour as announced — but it sits inside someone else's festival, so the surrounding bill and the on-site logistics are the festival's, not the tour's.

One Date Where the Listings Disagree

While we are being straight with you: the January 22 Minneapolis show is listed by Live Nation as a Thursday. It is not. January 22, 2027 is a Friday, the Orpheum's own box office lists it as Friday, January 22 at 7 p.m., and a Friday is what the rest of this routing would predict. The date is right everywhere; only the weekday label is wrong, on the aggregator rather than the venue. If you see "Thu, Jan 22" on a resale page, that is where it came from.

Not Part of This Tour

Three Shlesinger dates are on sale right now that are not Free Nights & Weekends shows, and lumping them in would misrepresent all three:

Date Venue City
Wed, Oct 7, 2026 Hollywood Improv Hollywood, CA
Thu, Oct 15, 2026 Hollywood Improv Hollywood, CA
Sat, Dec 12, 2026 The Palazzo Theatre at The Venetian Las Vegas, NV

The two October dates are club sets at the Hollywood Improv — the October 7 show is a multi-comic lineup night she is on rather than a solo hour, and the October 15 show is hers with support. The December 12 Las Vegas show is a one-off billed as "Live in Las Vegas," not a residency and not a tour stop.

Frequently Asked Questions

When did Iliza Shlesinger Free Nights & Weekends tickets go on sale?

The artist presale ran Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and general on-sale was Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. local time. Both windows have passed, so all 29 dates are simply on sale now.

How many dates are on the Free Nights & Weekends tour?

29, across 29 different cities, from January 15 to November 13, 2027. No market is doubled.

Is Iliza Shlesinger playing Los Angeles, Dallas or Las Vegas in 2027?

Not on this tour. The closest Southern California date is Highland on January 16, there is no Dallas date at all, and her Las Vegas show is a December 2026 one-off rather than part of the 2027 run.

Why are there no shows between April and September 2027?

The tour was announced in two blocks with nothing scheduled in May, June, July or August. No reason has been given, and no additional summer dates have been announced.

What is Iliza Shlesinger's newest special?

A Different Animal, on Prime Video since March 11, 2025. It was taped at the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City during her previous tour. Free Nights & Weekends is the hour she built after it.

Are there VIP packages?

Yes, on at least some dates — the Cleveland listing at KeyBank State Theatre offers a "Party Goblin Pass" with a post-show meet and greet, photo and signed poster, and VIP upgrades are sold separately from the ticket. Availability varies venue to venue.

Where can I get tickets?

On-sale status and ticket links for every listed date are on the Iliza Shlesinger tour page, which we refresh every six hours. You can also see everyone else out on the road right now on our tours page, or find a room near you in the comedy club guide.
