Chelsea Handler Tour 2026: All 20 Remaining Dates, and the Four LA Club Nights That Aren't the Tour

Chelsea Handler's High and Mighty Tour has 20 dates left in 2026, opening the fall stretch tomorrow, Friday, September 25 at the Beacon Theatre in New York and closing Friday, December 18 at Tampa Theatre in Tampa. Every one of them is a theater or club date — there is no arena leg and no Las Vegas night left on the calendar.

The thing worth knowing before you go looking: Handler also has four October nights at the Hollywood Improv sitting in the middle of the schedule, and they are not tour stops. They are showcase drop-ins, and they are the reason her calendar looks busier in late October than the tour actually is.

Start times are not uniform across this run, which is unusual enough to check before you plan the night. New Haven is a 7:00 p.m. show with 6:00 p.m. doors; Spokane and Austin are both 8:00 p.m. The venue's own page is the one to trust here, not a ticket confirmation email you skimmed in September.

She Only Works Thursday Through Sunday

Look down the date column and the pattern is total: all 20 dates fall on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and only two of them are Thursdays — Waukegan on October 8 and Hollywood, Florida on December 17. There is not a single Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday show left on the calendar.

That is a weekend-cluster tour, not a bus grind, and it explains the shape of the fall: three-night runs (New York–Philadelphia–New Haven, Atlanta–Baltimore–Saginaw, Austin–Houston–Irving), then nothing for a week or two, then another three.

It also produces one genuinely large hole. After Spokane on October 17, the tour does not play again until San Francisco on November 7 — three full weeks off in the middle of the leg.

The Four Hollywood Improv Nights Are Not Tour Shows

That three-week gap is where the Improv dates live. Handler is listed on the bill at the Hollywood Improv main room on October 22, 24, 27 and 29 — four nights across eight days, at home in Los Angeles, between the Spokane date and the San Francisco one.

These are Tonight at the Improv showcase bills: multiple comedians, shortish sets, lineups that shift. They are not High and Mighty shows, you will not get the full hour, and as of this writing the club's own October calendar has not posted them yet even though the promoter's listings have. Treat them as likely-but-not-locked. If Handler is the reason you are buying, the tour dates above are the safe purchase.

One caveat on our own listings. They are roughly 2,700 miles apart. Until that city split is fixed, use the venue links above — those are correct.

The Tour Is Nine Months Past Its Own Finale

High and Mighty was announced in September 2025 as a spring tour: opening Friday, February 13, 2026 at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. and wrapping Saturday, June 13 at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. Roughly ten cities, four months, done.

It has since been extended twice past that June finale, which is why a tour named for a 2026 spring run is still going in December. A few consequences for anyone trying to catch it:

• Los Angeles proper is already spent. Handler played the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, May 6, as part of the Netflix Is A Joke Fest. The four Improv nights are the only LA-area appearances left this year, and they are not the tour show.
• Las Vegas is done too. Her residency — Chelsea at The Chelsea, at The Cosmopolitan — ran four dates in 2026: January 31, March 7, April 18 and May 30. All four are behind us, and none of them were tour stops anyway. A residency and a tour are different products.
• Washington, Boston, Detroit, Minneapolis, Nashville, Charlotte, Cleveland, Providence and Louisville were all on the original winter routing and none of them return this fall. Baltimore on October 3 is the closest remaining stop to D.C.
• Denver is a repeat. It was on the announced 2026 routing and comes back around on December 5.

Where the Market Dates Actually Are

Three of the stops are named for towns that are not the city you are looking for:

• Waukegan, IL (October 8) is the Chicago date. The Genesee Theatre is about 40 miles north of downtown, near the Wisconsin line.
• Irving, TX (November 22) is the Dallas–Fort Worth date, at the Toyota Music Factory pavilion.
• Hollywood, FL (December 17) is the Miami–Fort Lauderdale date, at Hard Rock Live inside the Seminole Hard Rock.

New Haven is the only Connecticut stop and the only New England date on the fall leg, which makes September 27 the practical Boston-and-Hartford option as well.

What She's Actually Touring

There is no new special attached to this run. Handler's most recent hour is The Feeling, released on Netflix on March 25, 2025 and taped at the Wellmont Theater in New Jersey. Her seventh book, I'll Have What She's Having, came out the month before, in February 2025.

So High and Mighty is the post-special hour: material built and rebuilt on the road across a year, with no taping announced for it yet. Nine months of extensions is usually what that looks like from the outside.

When does the Chelsea Handler tour end?

Friday, December 18, 2026 at Tampa Theatre. That is the last date currently on sale. The run has already been extended twice past a previously announced finale, so more dates are possible — but nothing beyond December 18 is confirmed, and no 2027 dates have been announced.

Are there any Chelsea Handler shows left in Los Angeles?

Only the four Hollywood Improv showcase nights on October 22, 24, 27 and 29, and those are multi-comedian bills rather than her tour show. The LA tour stop was the Saban Theatre on May 6 and it has passed.

Is the Las Vegas residency still running?
