Jeff Dunham's Inappropriate Contact tour — billed in full as Inappropriate Contact: The Tour Is Out There — runs Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the Coronado Theatre in Rockford, Illinois through Saturday, April 24, 2027 at Citizens Live at The Wylie in Pittsburgh. That is 46 dates and 47 shows across 45 cities, with one date — Green Bay on October 24 — carrying two separate performances.
The dates did not arrive in one announcement. They have gone on sale in waves since September, and the newest one is not on Dunham's own tour page yet: Friday, April 9, 2027 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta goes on sale tomorrow, Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. That date matters for a reason beyond Atlanta, and the reason is the shape of the whole calendar.
The Routing Is Four-Night Blocks, Wednesday Through Saturday
Lay all 46 dates out and the tour resolves into twelve short blocks with ten to twelve days off between them. Ten of the twelve are four nights long, and nine of the twelve run Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday, in that order, with a drive of a few hours between each stop. It is one of the most regular routings we have charted.

Three blocks break the Wednesday-to-Saturday rule, and each breaks it in a small, specific way. The December run slides later in the week — Friday Pensacola, Saturday Estero, Sunday Shreveport. The early-February run does the same, Thursday Fort Wayne through Sunday Huntington. And the last block of the tour is three nights rather than four.
The Atlanta Date Fills a Hole — and There Is One Left
The April 7–10 block is the clearest evidence that these blocks get built to a template. Until this week it read Wednesday Spartanburg, Thursday Chattanooga, nothing, Saturday Nashville — a Friday-shaped gap in the middle of an otherwise standard four-night run. The Fox Theatre date on sale tomorrow is exactly that Friday.
Which leaves Friday, April 23, 2027 as the only unfilled night inside a block on the entire tour, sitting between Grand Rapids on the Thursday and Pittsburgh on the Saturday. We are not going to tell you a show is coming there, because nothing has been announced. We will only note that the same gap existed in April's other block eight days ago, and that a seven-hour drive separates Grand Rapids from Pittsburgh with a lot of Ohio in between.
Nothing West of Sioux City
The other fact that jumps out of the city column is what is not in it. The entire 46-date tour sits east of the Missouri River, and its westernmost stop is Sioux City, Iowa on March 20. There is no California date, no Texas date, no Arizona, Colorado, Pacific Northwest or Mountain West date, and nothing in Canada — a change from the Dunham routings of the late 2010s, which ran coast to coast and through Ontario and Quebec.
The rooms are also smaller than the arenas he filled on earlier tours. This routing is mostly historic downtown theaters and municipal auditoriums — Hershey, the Louisville Palace, Macon City Auditorium, two separate Orpheums in two different states — with just three arena-scale buildings on the whole run: Xtream Arena in Coralville, the Pensacola Bay Center, and Hertz Arena in Estero.
Two small things worth knowing before you plan a day around one of these. Start times are not uniform, and several are afternoon shows: the two Green Bay performances are at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., Huntington on February 7 is a 3 p.m. show, and Live Nation lists Pittsburgh at 3 p.m., while the midweek theater dates are mostly 7 p.m. And the tour plays two different Rochesters — Rochester, New York in November and Rochester, Minnesota in March — which is an easy ticket to buy in the wrong state.
The Green Bay Double, and What Sold Out First
October 24 at the Weidner Center in Green Bay is a genuine two-show day, not a listings error. The 5 p.m. performance was announced on July 15, 2026 and sold out in under a week; the 2 p.m. matinee was added afterward and went on sale July 31. It is the only date on the tour with two shows.
Not Part of This Tour
Two Jeff Dunham dates on sale right now are not Inappropriate Contact shows, and the official listings say so plainly:
| Date | Venue | City |
|---|---|---|
| Sun, Nov 8, 2026 | PH Live at Planet Hollywood | Las Vegas, NV |
| Sun, Dec 6, 2026 | PH Live at Planet Hollywood | Las Vegas, NV |
Both are titled Jeff Dunham: Artificial Intelligence on Live Nation and Ticketmaster — a separate Las Vegas engagement of five Sunday evenings at Planet Hollywood across 2026 (April 26, May 31, October 4, November 8 and December 6), of which these two remain. It is a 90-minute Vegas show, not a stop on the tour, so we have kept it out of the count above.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do Jeff Dunham Inappropriate Contact tickets go on sale?
In waves, by venue, rather than all at once. A large batch went on general sale Friday, September 18, 2026 (Worcester, Huntington, Daytona Beach and Durham among them), a second batch on Friday, October 2 after an October 1 presale (Minneapolis, Rochester, Minnesota and Saginaw), and Atlanta's Fox Theatre date goes on sale Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. Everything else listed above is already on sale.
How many dates are on the Inappropriate Contact tour?
46 dates and 47 shows, from October 21, 2026 to April 24, 2027. Green Bay on October 24 is the only date with two performances.
Is Jeff Dunham playing California, Texas or the West Coast?
Not on this tour. Nothing announced sits west of Sioux City, Iowa, and there is no Canadian date. His only Las Vegas shows are the separate Planet Hollywood dates described above.
What is the tour actually called?
Inappropriate Contact: The Tour Is Out There. Most venues shorten it to "Jeff Dunham: Inappropriate Contact," and a couple of ticketing pages have it misspelled as "Inappropiate Contact" or "Inappropriate Content" — all the same show.
Which characters are in the show?
The cast listed in venue announcements is Walter, Peanut, José the Jalapeño on a Stick, Bubba J, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, and Url. No new character has been announced for this tour.
Is this the biggest tour he has done?
No — and for context on the scale he has worked at before, his earlier Spark of Insanity tour sold close to two million tickets across almost 400 venues worldwide, and he holds the Guinness World Records title for most tickets sold for a stand-up comedy tour.
Where can I get tickets?
On-sale status and ticket links for every listed date are on the Jeff Dunham tour page, which we refresh every six hours. You can also see everyone else out on the road right now on our tours page, browse by city on our comedy listings, or find a room near you in the comedy club guide.
